Shipping rates

We offer free standard shipping for all orders of $150 or above. For orders less than $150, we apply the following shipping rates:

Canada ($ 0 - $ 74.99)	UPS Ground	$ 12.00
Canada ($ 75.00 - $ 149.99)	UPS Ground	$ 16.00
Canada ($ 150.00 and up)	UPS Ground	$ 20.00

Samples

We always offer free samples of our choice with every product order. We do not offer free samples for samples-only orders. If you would like to try a specific sample, just let us know so we can include it with your order.

International shipping

We currently ship orders only within the contiguous United States and Canada. We cannot ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, or countries outside of the U.S. 

Free local pickup

We allow free local pickups for customers at our Los Angeles, CA 90065 location. Please contact us at order@infiericlub.com to make arrangements.  

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is any issue with your product, please contact us at order@infiericlub.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make arrangements.
